This house is dedicated to the greatest Tennessean who ever lived. You'll find her influence throughout — the décor, the sparkle, maybe even the wig on the wall (long story). Lean into it. Take a photo. Have the time of your life.
Your door code and step-by-step check-in instructions arrive exactly 24 hours before your 4:00 PM check-in time through the booking channel. Make sure your notifications are on.
The driveway is shared with the neighbor, but there's plenty of room — space for 3 cars parked front to back in the designated area for this property. The neighbor is friendly and we've never had an issue.
There are four Roku smart TVs throughout the home. When you turn one on, it'll ask you to enter your checkout date — do that first, then log in to any streaming apps you'd like. Your accounts will automatically clear out on checkout day, so you don't need to log out.
Fully equipped — electric range, oven, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, and a Keurig combo maker that does single K-cups and a full drip pot.
Working remotely? There's a dedicated desk setup in the home — good internet, a proper chair, and a quiet spot to get things done.
Full-size washer and dryer are in the home — no need to track anything down.
This home has been decorated with genuine love for the Queen of Country. Keep your eyes open — the décor is full of little Dolly touches. If you find yourself humming Jolene while making coffee, that's intentional. And if you don't leave with a few extra rhinestones in your soul, we haven't done our job.
Your cleaning fee covers a full starter kit: bed sheets, bath towels, hand towels, washcloths, and kitchen towels, plus black makeup cloths — please don't use the white linens for makeup or anything that stains. Each full bathroom is stocked with travel-size shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and a bar of soap, plus 2–3 rolls of toilet paper. In the kitchen you'll find an amenity pack with a sponge, dish detergent, dishwasher tabs, and laundry detergent, plus 1–2 rolls of paper towels, trash bags, and hand soap.
Check-out is 10:00 AM — our cleaners are usually rolling in right behind you, so we can't accommodate late check-outs.

🗑️ Bag your trash and drop it in the outside cans or dumpster.
🛋️ Moved any furniture? Please slide it back where it was.

💩 Scoop the yard before you go — grab a bag and leave it like you found it. Our lawn guys (and the next guests) thank you.
🛋️ Keep pets off the furniture and beds. Pet hair in the linens is the #1 thing our cleaners fight.
🏠 Heading out without them? Please crate your dog if they'll be alone in the house.
🐕 Accidents happen — just tell us so we can get it cleaned properly. No judgment, promise.
