Hey, y'all — welcome to Summer Sound. We're so glad you're here. This guidebook has everything you need to settle in, find what you're looking for, and make the most of your time on the lake. If you ever need anything, just reach out.

Your door code and step-by-step check-in instructions arrive exactly 24 hours before your 4:00 PM check-in time through the booking channel. Make sure your notifications are on.
Smart TV in the living room — log in to any streaming apps you'd like. Just log out before you leave so your account stays yours.
Fully equipped — electric range, oven, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, and a Keurig combo maker that does single cups and a full drip pot.
Washer and dryer are in the detached garage. Use the opener inside, or enter 5836 on the keypad.
The tree above the back deck sheds pretty regularly, so you might find some debris on the furniture when you arrive. There's a leaf blower in the screened porch — feel free to use it.
We don't spy on cameras or count heads at the door — and having family over for grandma's birthday dinner isn't a "party." Enjoy the home and make some memories. Just respect the place, and if an accident happens during your stay, we appreciate a heads-up.
Your cleaning fee covers a full starter kit: bed sheets, bath towels, hand towels, washcloths, and kitchen towels, plus black makeup cloths — please don't use the white linens for makeup or anything that stains. Each full bathroom has travel-size shampoo, conditioner, body wash, a bar of soap, and 2–3 rolls of toilet paper. The kitchen has an amenity pack with a sponge, dish soap, dishwasher pods, and laundry detergent, plus 1–2 rolls of paper towels, hand soap, and trash bags.
We've partnered with Lake Day for luxury boat rentals right here on Boone Lake — tritoons, cruiser pontoons, even a double-decker slide boat. As a Summer Sound guest, you get 15% off your rental. They handle floats, tubes, coolers, and fishing gear too. Located at Lakeview Marina.
Check-out is 10:00 AM — our cleaners are usually rolling in right behind you, so we can't accommodate late check-outs.

💩 Scoop the yard before you go — grab a bag and leave it like you found it. Our lawn guys (and the next guests) thank you.
🛋️ Keep pets off the furniture and beds. Pet hair in the linens is the #1 thing our cleaners fight.
🏠 Heading out without them? Please crate your dog if they'll be alone in the house.
🐕 Accidents happen — just tell us so we can get it cleaned properly. No judgment, promise.
